These packages include some of our standard pricing for SEO campaigns run on local or multi-location business websites. Packages and deliverables displayed are simply an example and may not be what every campaign needs. Our partners have access to unlimited free discovery that provides more accurate pricing and scope based on budgets, current performance, competition, and expectations.

FAQ
Will I only pay one of the above price points?
Not necessarily. We complete a free discovery for every new opportunity you have. During this process, we will make a specific budget recommendation based on the current performance, the goals and expectations, and how competitive the market is. While we can always work with the above price points - we may need to adjust expectations or timeline to success.
How much should I sell these for?
Every partner is different. We recommend selling these campaigns for at least 2x. Partners that provide SEO as part of a larger marketing campaign sometimes choose to go a bit lower. In contrast, others that only sell in SEO campaigns and typically add value themselves often sell for 2.5x or 3x these prices.
Can I create my own custom packages?
Yes, absolutely. After we have worked on a campaign or two together and better understand your agency's needs, your account manager can work with you to customize packages unique to your clients and your workflow. These are often variations of our existing customized solutions for your business.
I have an existing book of business. Can you support it all?
Of course we can! We have worked with many agency partners and have successfully migrated as many as 60 campaigns within the first few months of working together. Be sure to mention this during your good-fit conversation as we will need to iron out the details to ensure that you and your clients have a seamless transition to a new provider.
What currency do you charge in?
All of our listed and quoted prices are in USD. However, we can bill in many different currencies, with a fixed conversion rate. Your account manager can help arrange the appropriate currency for your business.
How does invoicing work? What if I have 10 campaigns?
All of our invoices are prorated to the first of the month. This means that if you start a campaign on the 15th, you'll pay half of the monthly amount and then the full monthly amount on the first of the month. The primary reason is that most clients view SEO campaigns in monthly cadences - with monthly reports - and having billing line up accordingly seems the easiest way to handle it. All of your campaigns will be on one itemized invoice. If you need separate invoices for each campaign for accounting reasons, that can certainly be arranged.
Do your campaigns have annual contracts?
No. All of our individual campaigns have a month-to-month contract in place, with a one-month cancellation policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
In order to support our agency partners, we remain flexible by providing month-to-month campaign contracts. We do not lock you or your clients into annual contracts. Because of this, we require a one-month cancellation notice. For example, if you want to cancel a campaign so that it does not bill on March 1st, you will need to submit your cancellation request by January 31st.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not offer refunds on services. If there is ever an error with billing (such as an incorrect amount billed or missed cancellation), these will always be rectified in any way necessary - including refunds. However, we do not offer refunds for any other reason.
My client ghosted and stopped paying me - what can we do?
Remember, we are on the same team. While this certainly doesn't happen often, we have experienced situations where clients have stopped paying our partners for whatever reason. The most important thing to remember during these situations is to communicate transparently and quickly to align on a plan forward. Maybe we will extend the invoice due date or pause service temporarily - you will work with your Account Manager to come up with a plan and resolution.
