What we shipped
Months one and two were technical and a pass on the core service pages, rewriting them for the depth the category requires. Months three through five were authority content and local optimization, building the resource library a serious coaching buyer reads through before booking. Months six and seven were where the rankings matured, with the two highest traffic months arriving at the very end of the campaign.
Outcome
Traffic moved from 22 monthly organic sessions to 89, a 305% lift over seven months, with growth still accelerating at the campaign close. Several “1-on-1 business coaching” and “team coaching” terms reached #1, with broader category terms like “group coaching los angeles” climbing 38 positions.
