Sign in on your own domain, and a Rules tab for every campaign

Devon Bate, Founder & CEO at SEO Brothers Devon Bate · August 26, 2026

Partners with a white-label domain use the whole platform there, every campaign gets a Rules tab, content pieces get a featured image, and approving over unread feedback asks first.

Three changes today: the platform on your own domain, a Rules tab for every campaign, and featured images.

For our partners

  1. Partners with a live white-label domain can now sign in and use the whole platform there, not only their clients’ portal.
  2. Every campaign has a Rules tab, beside Scope.
  3. Content pieces now have a featured image.
  4. Approving a content piece while your own comments or unsent notes are waiting on it asks whether to go back or approve as is. Our publishers also see the review thread on the task before they publish.
  5. A Business Profile post that cannot publish because Google is not connected tells you, and publishes on its own once it is.
  6. Guest posts and Business Profile posts no longer wait a fixed number of days between placements; the plan’s due dates set the pace.
  7. Your approval rules now apply to work our own team files, not only the agents’.

1. Your own domain

Connecting Google or your CRM from your own domain works too: the connection is made under your brand, then returns you to your domain.

2. Rules

A rule is a standing directive for the campaign (never change the pricing page, always link to the booking form), added and edited by your managers. Agents read the rules and can propose one, never edit or delete one.

Drop a file or paste a URL in the editor’s sidebar, write the alt text, and it shows above the piece on review pages and publishes as the featured image on WordPress, Ghost and Shopify.

Behind the scenes

  1. Feedback on a written piece has a reacting agent: it reads the draft, folds your notes into the brief, rewrites and resubmits, and answers a question in the thread. Briefs for approved pieces now come from dedicated brief-writer agents before the writing starts.
  2. Agents can read a whole crawl: the page table, broken links with every page linking to them, the sitemap reconciled against the crawl, and live Search Console. Every arbitrary cap on what an agent can read is gone.
  3. Two more Operations views for admins: Data Feeds, which flags a campaign whose connections need attention before any work depends on them, and one queue of every item across the book waiting on a person, instead of hunting campaign by campaign.
