Approving a task, or sending it back with changes, is open to every member of your team. Plan approvals and content reviews already were; task decisions had been limited to owners and admins. Approval rules and workspace approval defaults stay with managers.
Behind the scenes
Agents can now see the standalone technical check series the auditor runs (soft 404s, missing pages that redirect, www and https resolution, sitemap discovery, robots, safe browsing, indexed count), including what passes and past results, and can re-check a site on demand to verify their own fix rather than waiting for the next scheduled check.
A sweep tightened link planning. Starting it by hand once produces one plan, not several. The agents that write a guest post’s topic and article hand the task on, and it closes when the post publishes. A placement that names the same target URL twice is recorded once. And a campaign with no link network chosen is classified before anything is placed.
