The client overview becomes the campaign plan
The client page now opens on the campaign plan with goal, brief and competitors editable in place, the agent page becomes Sessions, and content can pause for a draft check on your own site before it goes live.
A long Tuesday, most of it on the screens partners look at every day.
For our partners
- The client overview is now the campaign plan. Open a client and you land on the phase tabs, the setup checklist, and the goal, brief and competitors, all editable in place, with recent activity underneath.
- Content can now pause for a second check: a draft on your own website.
- The agent page is now called Sessions.
- Removing the last item from a plan ends the plan and withdraws its approval request, instead of leaving a request that points at nothing.
- Approval requests for paused clients carry a Paused badge.
- The setup checklist stops flipping back to unfinished on campaigns past onboarding: a new alert or a newly added keyword no longer reopens a setup step.
1. The campaign plan
The separate campaign details page redirects here. The ongoing phase leads with goal, brief and competitors instead of a planned-work list.
2. A draft on your site
Alongside the written review, a campaign can ask you to approve a piece once it is staged on the site, and the Approvals queue gets a section for these. Three answers: approve, approve because it is already live, or send feedback. Nothing goes live from the task until the draft is approved.
3. Sessions
What you are reading is the session, not the agent behind it, so the tabs, sidebar and table say Sessions, and the sidebar card lists only the scheduled ones. Sessions started by hand are labelled as such.
Behind the scenes
- Hourly site monitoring now checks one campaign at a time, tries again when a check fails, and raises an alert when a round does not finish. The weekly digest works the same way.
- The month-end AI visibility check now audits its own coverage: a campaign it under-sampled is checked again, and a month with no check raises an alert.
- For the team, the task queue caps pick-ups at five held tasks.
- Archiving a client withdraws every open approval on it.
- A staff mail log shows every email the platform sent a partner and whether it arrived.
- Partners who run their own rank-tracking account keep it; the platform mirrors the keyword list both ways once a day.
