Rank tracking follows the client's website, and feedback always puts an agent on the rework
Tracked keywords now move with a client's website when it changes. Feedback you send back always puts an agent on the rework, the review page shows the full feedback, and agents read a page in full before they touch it.
The first day of the week went to the approval loop and to what agents read before they act.
For our partners
- Rank tracking follows the client’s website: when the primary website changes, the tracked keywords retarget with their ranking history intact.
- When you send a task or a draft back with feedback, an agent takes the rework whichever way the task was created, and the notification says so.
- Requesting a discovery now includes picking the teammates on the prospect. They are assigned to the client on submit and are the people told when the report is ready.
- Owners and admins can choose which clients their notifications cover.
1. Rank tracking
A move from a subdomain to the root domain is the usual case, and an hourly check catches any keywords that drifted.
2. Feedback and rework
On the review page a send-back shows its full feedback in place, with an Actioned badge once a new version has been submitted and Waiting until then. The thread has become History and sits under the decision, and the notes panel is the one place to write. The approval policy pair reads Ask first or Proceed without asking.

4. Notification audience
The choice is per event, Assigned or All clients, beside the existing Off, Email, In-app and Both.

Behind the scenes
- Agents now read a page’s full code the way a search engine does and look at it the way a visitor does before they may file an edit.
- A campaign agent whose work runs long now carries on in a later sitting rather than stopping.
- One partner’s own rank tracker keeps most of a client’s terms as history, never crawled. We stopped importing those and released them from the platform.
1. Reading before editing
We reviewed the feedback on agent tasks and the transcripts behind it. The agent had been reading a cut-down text of the page it was about to edit, without looking at the page itself. A read also says when the host served a saved copy, because that saved copy is what visitors are seeing.
3. History-only terms
The agent’s rank notes now say a term is kept as history instead of asking someone to escalate a registration problem.
