Brands: group clients under a franchise or roll-up with shared rules and context
A brand groups the clients that belong to one company and carries rules and context every member campaign inherits. Campaign context, citation notes and a daily digest also arrived, and the Google data sync was rebuilt to scale.
A Tuesday for multi-location books and for the data agents read.
For our partners
- A brand groups clients that belong to one company: a franchise system, a dental service organisation, a roll-up. It carries context every agent working a member campaign reads, and rules every member campaign inherits.
- The campaign’s Rules & Context tab has a Campaign context card: lasting facts about a campaign, read by every agent and never shown to the client.
- The Citations page shows notes per listing: what the listings service recorded (a directory login it created, a site it swapped for an alternative) alongside notes you or we add.
- Notification settings offer Off, Weekly or Daily for the digest.
- The send-back notice now says when the agent will pick it up, and review history shows comments in full, with long links wrapping inside the card.
1. Brands
A brand also carries the corporate website and an optional headquarters client. The Clients list has a Brand column, a filter, and a bulk action to add clients to a brand.

Rules now come in three scopes, campaign, brand and workspace-wide, and a rule repeated across several member campaigns can be promoted into one brand rule.

2. Campaign context
What the client’s website platform will and will not allow is the kind of fact that belongs there. Notes are for things that change; context is for things that do not.
Behind the scenes
The daily refresh of Search Console, Analytics, Ads and call tracking data now works through the connected properties one at a time, so every property refreshes each day however many clients we add.
When an agent reads a page’s Search Console performance it now defaults to 90 days rather than 28. A quarter is what a strategist reads before moving a page; a month is a wobble. One agent had proposed retargeting a page away from its terms on two impressions in the 28-day window; the 90-day read showed hundreds.
