A client can hold more than one website, each with its own services

Devon Bate, Founder & CEO at SEO Brothers Devon Bate · October 1, 2026

Clients now carry websites, and each website carries its own services, with one-time projects on pages of their own. Business Profile posts can be approved or sent back one at a time, and an alert opens on a page that shows the data behind it.

Most of today was structural: the client workspace now assumes a client can own several websites and buy several kinds of work, not one campaign and nothing else. A few things sit on top of that which you will see tomorrow.

For our partners

  1. A client can hold more than one website, and each website carries its own services, with one-time projects on their own pages.
  2. On a Business Profile posting plan you can approve, send back or reject one post at a time.
  3. An alert opens on its own page, with the data behind the finding underneath it.
  4. Implementation is answered separately for technical changes, visible page changes and homepage changes, at the workspace, the brand or the client.
  5. Agencies that run their work in ClickUp can connect a workspace under Settings, Integrations, and have proposals, campaign changes, approvals and comments mirror into the lists they choose.

1. Websites and services

The client block in the sidebar becomes a website picker when there is more than one, and the page you are on follows your pick. Ongoing SEO, project work, keywords and reporting sit under the website they belong to. A one-time piece of work now has a page of its own with its tasks, content, links and posts on it, and it closes when the work is done. On a client with one website and one campaign, nothing looks different. Campaign Library reads Client Library, since it always hung off the client.

2. One post at a time

Feedback used to go back on the whole batch, so one wording change on one post held every other post with it. Each post now carries its own decision, and a post you send back goes to the agent that rewrites it while the rest keep their dates. Approve all covers everything still pending and says how many that is. Where a client has two plans waiting, each sits in its own panel, so the buttons read as belonging to the plan beneath them.

3. Alerts with their evidence

A keyword alert used to tell you a term was at 39 and is gone, and leave you to go and find out why. The page now carries the last month of positions, the page that had been ranking next to the page the term is mapped to, today’s top results, and earlier alerts on the same term with the notes they were closed with.

Behind the scenes

We read back two months of monitoring alerts and found that most of what fired was the instruments moving rather than the sites. Authority checks are monthly now, since the sources behind them refresh less often than weekly and a weekly read mostly captured a sawtooth. Page speed speaks up for a real drop rather than reporting a score, Business Profile alerts are down to the facts someone would act on, and a page check no longer repeats itself about text it already flagged. A keyword counted as gone has to be missing for a week of daily checks, and closing one keeps it closed for the rest of that episode instead of returning the next morning.

The agent that rewrites a draft after feedback got a new shape. It now receives the piece as the reader sees it, links and all, and makes its changes as a list of edits on that piece instead of writing again from the brief. Revisions stopped losing the links the first draft had earned. Built on top of that, a first group of partners can now talk to that agent live on the review page while it works.
