Delivery settings on one page, by kind of work

Devon Bate, Founder & CEO at SEO Brothers Devon Bate · October 2, 2026

Delivery settings moved onto a single page organised by the kind of work, proposals now state their goals once instead of once per option, and the weekly technical audit checks whether the homepage is blocked from Google.

A day of putting things where people look for them. Three settings pages became one, the proposal stopped repeating itself, and the client sidebar gained a single door for everything about the client.

For our partners

  1. Delivery Settings is one page now, reached from the avatar menu, with a tab for each group of work and a card for each kind of work inside it.
  2. The weekly technical audit reads the homepage’s indexing directives and raises a critical alert when the homepage is refusing to be indexed.
  3. A proposal states its goals and considerations once, above the options. Each option carries a line on who it suits and an estimated timeline.
  4. Every client’s sidebar opens the same menu under the client name: Client Configuration and the client portal under Client details, every website of that client under Websites.

1. Delivery settings on one page

The answers used to live across three pages organised around our vocabulary rather than yours. Now there is one row of tabs (Website Changes, New Content, Link Acquisition, GBP, Citations) and under it the kinds of work in that group, one at a time. Each kind reads as a question about a checkpoint, “Do you need us to stop for approval on homepage changes?”, with two answers: Stop For Approval or Proceed Without Approval. A brand’s page and a client’s page show the answer that governs them, and picking one writes their own. The old addresses land here.

3. The proposal says it once

Every option used to carry its own goals, considerations and expectations, and across a proposal those mostly repeated each other: written three times, read three times. Goals and considerations now sit once above the options, each option adds a positioning line under its name in the comparison table, and the last row is the estimated timeline in plain words. Proposals sent before today render and edit exactly as they did.

Behind the scenes

Agents now run only where they are meant to. Every place that starts an agent reads one answer to one question: does this agent’s scope include this campaign. There is also a setting on a partner that means nothing starts on its own there, with people still able to start any run by hand, and the schedule view says so when that is the reason nothing is queued.

The agent that maintains crawl scores can dismiss an issue in the shape the issue actually has. An image flagged on nearly every page of a site is one decision about that image, not one decision per page. And a batch of edits from an agent saves as a single version of the draft, all or nothing, rather than a version per edit.

We also built ourselves an office. The team walks a ship, voices fade in as you get close, meetings happen in rooms with doors, and a recording is a link you can send to one person.
