List it for us creates the listing, attaches it and keeps the login

The listing agent ran its first real rollout and now registers, confirms, fills in the details and attaches the finished page to the client with its sign-in saved. Marking a discovery won also writes the agreed deliverables onto the campaign.

Most of today went into listings: not the idea of them, but what directory sites actually do when an agent tries to register a business on one. Every lesson from the morning’s runs went back into the work by the afternoon.

For our partners

  1. List it for us registers the business, confirms it by email, fills in the phone, website and address, then attaches the finished page to the client with its sign-in saved.
  2. Marking a discovery won writes the agreed deliverables onto the campaign, and the client list now marks a won deal that has not started yet.
  3. Citation checks read an address correctly when a directory writes the city into the street line, and find the client’s website on directory pages that only link it.
  4. Listing corrections on one of the large national directories go through again, and the agent stops before it types anything if the form has not finished loading.

1. List it for us end to end

The agent handles the things a person handles: a consent banner over the form, a practice name somebody else already registered, a confirmation email that arrives before anyone is waiting for it, a directory that signs you in the moment you register and a directory that refuses a second account because it shares one with its sister site. When a run has to stop, it stops before it makes something half-finished, and the next run signs in with the account already on record instead of starting over.

When it finishes, it reads the page it made back from the account, checks it against the client’s own town, and attaches it to the location with the password stored, so anyone on your team can sign in from the Logins panel later.

2. Scope at the win

The deliverables the partner agreed to are applied at the win itself, held inside the platform maximums, and the package is stamped later when the client is activated. A client that was won but has no start date reads as won, not started on the roster rather than sitting there as a plain prospect.

Behind the scenes

The mail workspace the team works in took its sharpest pass yet. Mail written to the team lands in Triage with no owner instead of being handed to whoever’s mailbox read it first, calls open a conversation after they have happened and only when people were in the room, and partner task comments arrive in the same place as everything else.

Sending changed shape too. A reply is addressed and bound to its conversation at the moment you click send, held ten seconds with an undo, then sent from our side whether the tab is still open or not.

We also pulled agent misbehaviours, improvement requests and ops alerts into one queue with one ticket over them: an owner, a lane, the dates, and the several items a single fix usually covers. Anyone can file into it from the page they are standing on.
